We designed our new ExervoTM Aqua Fitness Water Dumbbells with a tight focus on overall component quality. Our high density, EVA foam is the ideal material for indoor or outdoor pool and open water exercise. EVA foam is UV resistant and is very pliable so it does not chip or become brittle. This foam is very dense so water beads up on it and it has a relatively smooth finish which makes it easy to clean. The foam is resistant to harboring bacteria like the typical open cell white foam. ExervoTM Aqua Fitness Dumbbells are designed for comfort and performance. The line includes 4 resistance levels. Users can select a resistance level appropriate for their exercise and fitness level. The resistance levels are light, medium, heavy and maximum. The best way to understand the different resistance levels is to measure the volume or cubic inches of each dumbbell: * Light Resistance: 112 cubic inches * Medium Resistance: 168 cubic inches * Heavy Resistance: 224 cubic inches * Maximum Resistance: 281 cubic inches * This product is not returnable once it has been used in the water. The resistance of any foam dumbbell moving through water will change slightly or even dramatically depending on the shape of the dumbbell and it's orientation, path and speed. Another factor is whether the dumbbell is moving towards or away from the surface since the natural buoyancy of the foam will reduce the resistance if it is moving towards the surface of the water.
