(More customer reviews)I got this as a gift, so I don't know who they bought it from. I love the step. It's exactly what I need to exercise and doesn't take a lot of room. I can easily store it in our front coat closet. The DVD package came open and with sand in it. It was so scratched up I never used it. I would give the step 5 stars if it hadn't had come with a scratched up DVD.
