I had high hopes after watching it on YouTube.I'm an intermediate swimmer but needs a lot of improvements with hip rotation and arm extension. I figured this thing would help.All it did was frustrate and distract me.First of all, the side fins kept slipping all the way to the back of the belt , that after one lap , it becomes a monofin.
I look like a shark with a belt on. It causes a lot of drag and stops you from moving forward. Plus, as the fin slips backwards, it scratches too.
Did anyone test this before selling it? I doubt it.
It's a $30 mistake. I give it a 1 star for fooling me.
Don't buy this piece of crap.
