I bought the Small/Medium, my bicep is around 11-12 inches.
The pocket on the sleeve is smaller than it looks on the picture. I thought I could fit my nano (gen 1) but it wont fit. The position of the pocket is kind of in a weird spot. If you want the reflective strip to show on the outside of our arm, then you can kind visual from the picture the pocket will roll under your arm, where as the picture shows the reflective strip is more on Top of the bicep.
