(More customer reviews)MI Tina did a great job with this one. I've been using FIRM videos 5 times a week for a couple of years and this one kept my heart rate up the entire time. I didn't think a 4lb ball could fee so heavy. The additional 8 minute ab workout is really good as well. She uses a variety of classic moves with a twist as well as all new moves. If you're up for a total body challenge, you need this one!
